cream cheese frosting. goes well with chai cupcakes but the possibilities are endless. helps if the cream cheese and butter are at room temperature. this amount should frost 24 cupcakes or 72 mini ones.
2.5 cups powered sugar
4 oz cream cheese
2 oz butter
splash of vanilla
mix in food processor until smooth and delicious
